Professional Development and Training

The Office of Human Resources offers many learning opportunities, training, and other resources to support employees in their professional development and skill enhancement efforts. Professional Development and Training is open to all faculty and staff, providing a valuable platform for continuous growth and improvement for Thorobreds to sharpen our efforts while leading with impact.  

• Leadership: Leading for impact is imperative at Kentucky State University! The Office of Human Resources understands this and has cultivated multiple trainings to address the needs of leadership at KSU  
• Trainings: Trainings will cover a wide scope of topics to address the needs of faculty, staff, students, and communities served by Kentucky State University.
