“And Justice For All” Poster
Recipients of federal assistance are required to display the “And Justice for All” poster. The poster is the primary method to inform customers of their rights and should be visible in facilities during virtual and in person program delivery. Click on the links below to access the posters. The posters should be displayed in the specific size: 11” width x 17” height and 14 point minimum text size.
- And Justice For All Poster AD-475A version for federally-assisted programs. Poster should be displayed while conducting program delivery.
- And Justice For All Poster for SNAP AD-475B version for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs (SNAP). All SNAP offices should visibly display this poster.
REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
Recipients of federal funds are required to include an accommodation statement on all event announcements to inform individuals with disabilities and with limited English proficiency of their right and the process to obtain reasonable accommodations free of charge.
Faculty and staff are required to notify individuals of reasonable accommodations on all public-facing documents and any communication that announces events and activities. The announcement for requesting reasonable accommodation should include the name, title, and contact information of the individual responsible for the event/activity.
Reasonable Accommodation for Language Access
Faculty and staff holding events and activities are encouraged to post language access notification in spaces with a lot of limited English proficiency stakeholder traffic in target languages. All faculty and staff should be familiar with:

Bilingual Community Resources
The following statement should be included in all event and activity materials and announcements: If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in this event, please contact (name of faculty or staff), at (email contact) or (telephone contact) no later than (include date). Language access services, such as interpretation or translation of vital information, will be provided free of charge to limited English proficient individuals upon request.
Babel notices should be utilized at any point when faculty or staff will provide the public with any content that is legally binding or that would result in serious consequences for the reader if not understood. The babel notice (in multiple languages) will inform the reader that the communication contains vital information and will be inserted into important documents.
