The forums may be attended in person at the University’s Cooperative Extension Building. Alternatively, the forums may be attended via Zoom (zoom links removed following completion of the forums). The candidate, date, time, and Zoom link for each forum are listed below:

Finalists will introduce themselves and engage in a question-and-answer session that will be moderated by a Kentucky State University faculty or staff member. Audience members attending in person and virtually will be encouraged to ask the finalists questions. There will be a microphone in the room for in-person questions. Seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You may ask a question in person or virtually during the forums, or you may submit your questions in advance of a forum a presidentialsearch@kysu.edu. In your email, please include your question(s), as well as the date and time of the forum at which you would like your question(s) posed.
Yes. All the forums are open to the public, and students are welcome to attend any employee sessions, and employees are welcome to attend student sessions. Seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis; however, students should be given priority.
Each forum will be recorded and available for replay following its conclusion. The links will be available on the presidential search website, www.kysu.edu/presidentialsearch.
A feedback form will be sent to all Zoom participants and in-person attendees. Each feedback form will be specifically for the candidate that interviews during a particular forum. Each survey will remain active until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 19. All submissions are subject to public records law and will be provided to the Board of Regents for review prior to the announcement of the next permanent President.
The Board of Regents will interview the finalists during public meetings on Tuesday, May 16 through Thursday, May 18. There will be a closed session during each meeting, and each candidate will be interviewed in person by the Board during one of those closed sessions. The open portion of the meeting will be streamed live via Zoom. An agenda will be posted the day prior to each meeting. The Board of Regents may hold additional meetings following the final candidates’ visits and prior to the announcement of the selected President.
