If you are connected via wireless connection,  make sure your connection is strong enough.  If you are connected via an Ethernet cable, please make sure the cable is securely plugged into the correct location. Occasionally, the KSU campus will lose internet connectivity due to storms, power outages, or other occurrences. When the campus loses its Internet, contact the Help desk and IT will work to fix the issue as quickly as possible.  Please report outages to the IT Help desk.
