Mr . Robert Ramsey Sr. is a retired lieutenant colonel having served in the U. S. Air Force.  After retiring, he held a number of key positions with local (City Commissioner); state (Secretary of Personnel Cabinet for KY); and federal agencies (Chief, NAF- Personnel Services Division, U. S. Army) .

Ramsey received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida A&M University and a Master of Arts Degree from Webster University.  He resides in Georgetown, Kentucky.
