1890 Scholarships Program
“The purpose of the 1890 Scholarships Program is to provide scholarships to support recruiting, engaging, retaining, mentoring, and training of undergraduate students at the 1890 land-grant institutions, resulting in baccalaureate degrees in the food and agricultural sciences and related fields. ”

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Civil Engineering Scholarship Website
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will award scholarships to Kentucky high school graduates who wish to pursue a degree in civil engineering through Kentucky State University’s double degree program with the University of Kentucky.
Civil Engineering Technology Scholarship Program
Available to students with an interest in the areas of: administration, construction, environmental analysis, highway and structural design, geotechnical, maintenance, materials, planning, and traffic operations.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Minority Internship Program (MIP) provides career opportunities, formal mentoring, and hands-on experiences to traditionally under-represented groups. It is designed specifically for undergraduates and graduates of Kentucky colleges and universities.
