The Office of Global Strategies and International Affairs (OGSIA) is dedicated to connecting Kentucky State University (KSU) with the world, by means of international academic and cultural exchange and collaboration on research projects. We strive to foster cross-cultural competence and international experience to prepare our students, faculty, and staff for global citizenship. OGSIA strives to create an engaging campus life experience with perspectives of diversity and cultural inclusiveness. We are committed to providing international student programming, student integration activities, cultural immersion trips, and celebrations of international cultures/international student appreciation.

OGSIA also strives to promote KSU abroad through international exchanges, international partnerships, and collaboration on research projects by fostering and assisting with current KSU faculty/staff and students’ international educational/cultural experiences.  We are committed to increasing opportunities for every KSU student, faculty, and staff to connect with the world and its culture through:
