Taylor Pinkerman
Research Assistant
Taylor Pinkerman graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in December 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, taking hikes, and playing board games. She has worked for Kentucky State University since July 2023 as a forestry and natural resources assistant. Most of her forestry related work included helping students and associates with their research. Additionally, she presented at many extension events focused on research in agroforestry, youth development, and native bee identification. After becoming a part of the agronomy team in July 2026, she will continue to support students in their research by collecting data, organizing and delivering samples, and maintaining lab equipment.
