President
Mathilda Koutob Naoto
Mathilda Koutob Naoto is an international student from Togo, West Africa, and a nursing major with a minor in Speech Communication at Kentucky State University. She proudly serves as the 2026–2027 President of the International Student and Scholar Association (ISSA), where she advocates for international students and promotes cultural diversity and inclusion through campus programming and community engagement.
Mathilda is a passionate student leader who has held several distinguished roles, including Miss International, 91st Student Government Association (SGA) Chief of Staff, Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Yard Ambassador and Influencer, African Student Union Social Media Chair, Resident Assistant for Thorobred Hall and Kentucky Hall, Upward Bound Peer Tutor and Mentor and a Whitney M Young Honors Collegium Scholar.
Through her leadership, Mathilda has helped organize and support multicultural events, student advocacy initiatives, mentorship programs, and campus engagement activities that foster unity and celebrate diversity. She aspires to become a travel nurse and eventually a surgeon, using her passion for service, leadership, and healthcare to make a meaningful impact in communities around the world.

Godswill Ujah
Godswill Ujah is an M.Sc. student in the Department of Environmental Studies and Technology and serves as a Graduate Student Representative. Hailing from Benue State, Nigeria ("the food basket of the nation"), Godswill brings a strong passion for sustainability, leadership, and student advocacy to his role. He is dedicated to amplifying graduate student voices while advancing his research in environmental sciences.
