Event Schedule

Wednesday, September 10:

Registration opens at 8:00 AM
Sessions including presentations and roundtable discussions begin at 9:00 AM and continue until 4:50 PM; Vendor Fair, Poster Session, Product Tasting, Finger Foods, and Networking through 8:00 PM

Thursday, September 11:

Sessions including presentations, demonstrations, and an orchard tour begin at 8:30 AM until 4:15 PM, followed by a fruit tasting, dinner with show and tell, keynote speakers, and awards until 8:00 PM

The Conference will feature a number of invited speakers and will be limited to 200 attendees.

Lunch and dinner during the conference are included.
An additional vendor booth fee, in addition to your registration fee, is required to be a vendor at the Conference.
A detailed agenda and additional information will be sent to you closer to the event date.
All transportation is on your own.
There is no conference hotel, but Frankfort has a range of hotels to fit many budgets.
Virtual only attendees will be contacted near the time of the conference about access and login information.
