Kentucky State University proudly kicked off its Third Annual Ag Roundup with Day One’s Networking Reception on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

Hosted in the Cooperative Extension Building, the evening brought together event partners, leaders, alumni, and students in a setting designed to foster meaningful professional development and personalized connections. The event was geared towards connecting employers with KSU's MANRRS and Agriculture students and their internships were highlighted along with their research on and off campus. Guests enjoyed refreshments, lively conversations, and the opportunity to connect with Kentucky State University’s growing network of agriculture and STEM leaders.

This was just the beginning of an exciting weekend. KSU faculty, staff, and students have been hard at work preparing the campus to welcome over 1,000 middle and high school scholars, dozens of vendors, community members, agriculture producers, and suppliers. The three-day showcase highlights Kentucky State University’s land-grant mission while inspiring future generations to pursue careers in agriculture, health, and natural resources.
