Ms. Tammi Dukes

Ms. Tammi Dukes is vice president of Global Sustainability for Adient, a tier one global automotive supplier. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s positive environmental, social and governance-related business practices.

Dukes comes to Kentucky State University Board of Regents with more than 30 years of experience in the areas of audit and compliance. In these roles, she led companies in building their internal audit and compliance functions, as well as performing financial, process and financial control audits to ensure that risks were adequately mitigated.  Additionally, her experience includes department development, process re-engineering, risk management, financial controls and policy development. 

Dukes earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with an accounting concentration from Kentucky State University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, where she serves on community service projects that benefit women and children.

She also serves on the board of Linden Grove School, which educates autistic children, and is a member of the school’s Diversity and Equity committee.
