Dr. Stephen Graham-Hill (Ph.D., Business) was the Interim Chair of the School of Business (2009-2011) and the Interim Coordinator of the MBA Program (2008-2009). He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Logistics, Operations Management, and “Lean Green, Sigma.” Before joining our faculty, Steve taught at the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, and Guilford College in North Carolina. Prior to his academic career, he served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Dr. Graham-Hill’s research has been cited in the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Organizational Change Management, and Geoforum; he has published articles and has presented papers on organizational change, inertia, and rigidity. Steve regularly serves as a reviewer for The Academy of Management and The Southern Management Association.

Dr. Graham-Hill is Six Sigma certified. He is a member of the Southern Management Association, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, American Society of Quality, Institute of Industrial Engineers, American Society of Transportation and Logistics, and the Naval Institute.
