As part of Kentucky State University’s BREDS Back on the Hill reopening plan for Fall 2020, Kentucky State is surveying students to assess the likelihood in engaging in COVID-19 disease mitigation behaviors. Your responses are completely anonymous and no personal identifying information will be collected. Your decision to participate in this survey is completely voluntary.
