7-Star Performance, an interactive customer service training, is now available to all employees. This is an informative training that will help participants:
1. Learn about the seven components of being a 7-star professional
2. Learn how to strategically communicate difficult information
3. Provide participants with tips and tricks for ensuring an excellent customer service experience

Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 23, 10 a.m. – Noon
Monday, Jan. 27, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
