Assessment and Evaluation

Kentucky State University  strives to increase the quality of institutional education and services by providing support for cycles of assessment and evaluation of both academic programs and administrative units. KSU provides evidence of continuous improvement to affirm that the university is effectively accomplishing its mission through ongoing analysis and reporting to the community, state, federal and accreditation agencies of institutional processes and results.

The process of assessment at KSU is a continuous cycle of improvement. Academic program areas and sector area plans assess defined priorities, implement the measures in an assessment plan, and analyze the resulting information to determine the level of performance in the context of defined targets for growth.
