The Kentucky State University gospel ensemble will be in concert at the First Corinthian Baptist Church in Frankfort on Feb. 18 at 5:30 p.m.

The gospel ensemble will perform as part of the First Corinthian’s Black History Month program.

Mario Radford, director of the Kentucky State gospel ensemble, said Kentucky State has performed at the event in recent years.

“The musical selections will include hymn, traditional and contemporary gospel selections, while maintaining a balance of musical tonations and soulful presentation,” Radford said.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact or call (502) 597-6053.
