Layout 1Hinfred McDuffie serves as executive vice president for administration. Previously, he served as vice president for administration, external relations and development at KSU. Prior to that, he was executive director for development at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.  He was also a senior development officer at the City College of New York.

At Alabama State University, he was the director of long-range planning, director of university marketing/planning and evaluation, director of Title III/planning and evaluation, and director of development/Title III.

He also served as associate director of the Emergency School Aid Act Program and minority business developer with the Tuskegee Institute Business Development Center.

McDuffie holds the B.S. degree in business management from Tuskegee Institute and M.S. degrees in general counseling and administration and supervision from Alabama State University.  In addition, he earned a certificate of fundraising management from Indiana University, business developer certification from Howard University and management certificate from the Shell Oil Company Dealer Management School.
