All students classified as undergraduates and graduates shall receive university correspondence through their universityassigned email account (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org). University Faculty and Staff shall communicate with students by email only through their official university email address. Student email addresses shall be the only email address that will be on file at the university.
Students are encouraged to monitor their university email accounts often to ensure that the email account does not exceed the message limit. The university reserves the right to delete student emails should the message limit exceed capacity at any time. All students shall adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the University’s Information Technology Department.
