All student whom have attempted 30 credit hours or more (in college courses) must submit a degree audit with their SAP packet. A degree audit is a summary of a student’s academic career thus far AND outlines what courses are remaining to complete the degree. Currently, the only way a student can acquire this document is through their advisor- who is also required to sign it before the student turns it in.
The degree audit allows the SAP committee to see all the classes a student has taken and what the student will need to take before they can graduate. If the student if does not know who has been assigned as his/her advisor, the student can visit the CAPS (Advising) department located in the Academic Service Building (ASB).
**The SAP Appeal Decision is FINAL unless the student left out vital information that prevented the student from meeting the requirements.Print This Page
