  • Management and maintenance of the Carl M. Hill Student Center Lab, Exum Computer Lab and library computers.
  • Assists with the hardware and software maintenance of department and program specific labs.

Service Times

  • Student Center Lab Reservation: 1 Business Day advanced notice.*
  • Setup of New Lab (equipment on campus): 5 Business Days (3 weeks advanced notice).
  • Installation/Upgrade of lab software/hardware¬†(software/hardware present): 2 Business Days (3 weeks advanced notice).

Additional Information

* IT makes every effort to accommodate requests for the reservation of the Carl M. Hill Center computer lab, however, there may be times when the lab is unavailable for reservation, during those times we will work with the requestor to see if other labs on campus can accommodate the request. IT recommends that you give as much advanced notice as possible. As soon as you know lab or classroom services are needed, contact the IT Help Desk immediately.
