The Office of Human Resources strives to provide supportive services to the Kentucky State University community by effectively managing the University’s human resources through programs and policies that contribute to the accomplishment of the institution’s strategic goals.
Goals and Objectives
The Office of Human Resources provides administrative support and guidance in the recruitment and hiring process, establishing compensation and benefits levels, conducting employee orientation, assisting with payroll services, providing training and professional development opportunities to employees and administrators, developing and implementing policies, and providing information to employees.
