  • eating sustainably sourced greens and other vegetables to ensure you get the vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy and happy;
  • making some eco-art by reusing the many holiday cards you receive and gift it to your loved ones instead of buying new cards;
  • bundling up and being sure to get outside to get natural vitamin D as much as you can!
