Individual or group/classes may be scheduled in advance by completing the Library Instruction Request Form a week (seven working days) before the desired date of instruction.    A librarian will contact you within two working days to confirm the instruction date, otherwise call Dr. Nkechi Amadife at 502-597-6817 or the Reference Desk at 502-597-6857.

The Instruction Services at Blazer Library is based on Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education.
