Welcome to the School of Public Administration, Social Work and Criminal Justice. The underlying focus of our academic programs in the school – both undergraduate and graduate – is to educate a diverse student body whose instruction, scholarship and training grounds them in both theory and practice, and prepares them to contribute to their organizations and communities.
Consistent with the overall mission of the University, our distinct and distinctive programs strive to provide students with the requisite knowledge, academic skills, and preparedness to become problem-solvers and leaders in today’s complex global arena. Through engaged learning, students will have opportunities to seize experiences outside of the classroom which complement coursework and gives them the chance to apply what they have learned in a practical setting.
This is an exciting time to be fused with the School of Public Administration, Social Work and Criminal Justice. On behalf of our dedicated faculty and staff, I welcome you here and encourage you to explore your future with us. We also welcome your inquiries and suggestions.
