Academy Account Executive Role
The Academy Account Executive (AAE) role at SAP is a customer-facing role responsible for leading the customer engagement, sales strategy and execution plan to achieve sales goals. Through effective account relationship management, individuals will identify and qualify opportunities to develop pipeline, align value based solutions that solve customer challenges, and drive revenue to achieve quota.  Account Executives collaborate with various specialists within the sales organization to articulate SAP’s unique value proposition.

Global Learning Facility
The SAP Academy for Sales facility is located in Dublin, California.  This Academy is an intensive, accelerated 9 month program for recent or upcoming university graduates consisting of 3 cycles of 1 month in Dublin followed by 2 months in the field in the candidate’s SAP home office.

While on rotation, Academy Account Executives will work alongside an experienced Account Executive to gain “hands-on”, job shadowing experience in the field. New hires will also have the support of a Regional Academy Manager who will assist in their development and progress through the program.

Education and Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required with an expectation of being in the top 50 percentile of one’s class. Preference will be given to graduates with a Sales related degree or a concentration in a Sales curriculum, Business Administration, Software, Marketing and Communications, and Business Logistics (SCM).

Work Experience
