Thorobred Eyes
In an effort to prevent potential criminal activity and safety hazards, the Police Department has created the Thorobred Eyes program. Thorobred Eyes puts you on the crime awareness team by providing the information you need to recognize and report suspicious persons, dangerous situations and criminal activity.
If you observe any suspicious activities or persons on campus at any time of the day or night, contact the University Police Department by telephone or through the emergency phones located throughout the campus. Once you make the call, officers on duty will respond and assess the situation accordingly. Remember, your eyes and ears are critical in promoting a safe campus and community. The first step is knowing exactly what to look for.
Police officers are dedicated to keeping the University community safe, but they cannot do it alone. They encourage all University community members to be alert and aware of their surroundings and the behaviors of others, both on and off campus.
Keep your Thorobred Eyes open for any suspicious behaviors!
